The ICP-ATF is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching Track. It focuses primarily on the mindset and role of an agile team facilitator, while also providing group facilitation tools and techniques for effectively designing meetings and workshops involving all participants and striving for valuable results. By obtaining this certification, you will discover the power of facilitation as a key to fostering collaboration and enabling self-organizing committed teams. You build – or remove – your facilitator toolkit and gain experience in facilitating specific agile artifacts that are most relevant within the organizational context.

What you’ll learn
The Agile Team Facilitation training is an intensive program that requires the necessary commitment and drive. We handle a lot of material in a relatively short time. Therefore, keep in mind that this training has the most effect if you also have a permanent team to which you can apply the learning material.
The training is aimed at Agile team leaders or aspiring team leaders with a passion for servant leadership and a desire to learn and practice the art of facilitation in the context of team facilitation and coaching.
Prerequisites
All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the ICP-ATF Program:
- Attend a Certified Scrum Master course
- Experience working in an Agile environment
